Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These terms cover the NDITE website (ndite.com) and its waitlist. Separate terms will apply to the NDITE app when it launches; you will be asked to accept them before creating an account.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you would like to hear about NDITE and may be invited to try early versions. It does not guarantee access, a launch date, a price, or any particular feature. The product described on this site is under development and may change.

Early access

If you are invited to an alpha or beta, it is provided as-is for testing. Expect bugs, and keep your own backups of any study material you import.

Content on this site

The text, design, and name NDITE belong to NDITE. Research cited on the site belongs to its respective authors and publishers and is referenced for explanation only. You may link to or quote this site with attribution.

Other companies' names

Anki, Quizlet, RemNote, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned for comparison; NDITE is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

No warranties

The site and waitlist are provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NDITE is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
